Top-Hat Plastic Flange Protector

The Top-Hat Protector is a tapered plug that fits into the bore of the flange and covers the raised face surface during secondary operations.  It is designed to protect the raised face during paint and masking procedures.  These protectors do not cover the bolt holes of the flange.  They are made of polyethylene and are available in black and orange.  The Top Hat is designed for petroleum, gas and water type valves and are suited for ANSI flanges.

Top Hat Protectors are available in 150# and 300# Series.
