Pressboard Flange Protector

Made of 1/8" thick tempered hardboard, the Pressboard Flange Protector has been the most economical protector for the last 50 years.
Flange protectors will allow your manufactured products to arrive at their destination in the same condition that they left in.
Flange protection will save you the cost and time that will come from rejects and it is a way to have inexpensive insurance for your manufactured products.

Pressboard flange protectors are cut to any size in any class series from 150# to 20,000#.
Generally, these protectors have four bolt holes that are each 9/16" diameter.
Steel pins and plastic washers can be provided to fasten the protector to the flange.
Special sizes can be fabricated to your exact specification.
Other protection materials available are plywood, plastic, molded protectors, vinyl, rubber, and steel.
